Centrally located apartment with helpful owners who offer secure luggage storage. Equipped with a convenient kitchenette, strong air conditioning, and a communal terrace. The host provided excellent dining recommendations and a delicious homemade pastry in the morning. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the old town.

The apartment was located in a cute area very close to the city center of Dubrovnik old town, restaurants, and the airport. The host and staff were caring and took good care of me. This apartment served its purpose well, and I will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Placeta for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped, with a spacious fridge and freezer. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room nice and cool. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and just a 5-minute walk from the airport shuttle. The communal terrace was a great place to relax, and having a dining table with an outlet nearby was perfect for getting some work done. The host, Aida, was prompt and helpful at check-in, providing excellent recommendations for dining and getting around. I also loved the homemade apple pastry that was delivered to my room in the morning. Aida clearly puts a lot of effort into creating a safe and comfortable "home away from home" for her guests. I would highly recommend Placeta to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik.

The location of these apartments couldn't be better, right in the heart of the old town. You'll be within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area.

The apartments can be a bit noisy during the evening due to their proximity to a busy restaurant. the noise usually stops around 11-11:30, so it's not unbearable.

I recently stayed at Placeta Apartments for five nights and it was like a home away from home. The room was cozy, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The terrace was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a snack or coffee. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city but surprisingly quiet. The best part, however, was the hostess, Aida. She was kind, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Her warmth and friendliness truly made our experience memorable.
